Howitt, Gordon Richard

 Formerly of Peachester. Gordon has finally found his mountain in the sky. He has run his last great race and is remembered for his love of adventure and the great outdoors. Much loved by his wife Cath of 63 years, 4 daughters Annette, Dawn, Christine, Karen and their partners Errol, John and David. ‘Grumps’ to 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Much like this notice, Gordon had a great sense of humour! He also was a mathematician and lover of patterns: Born : 30/10/30 Left us: 19/9/19 Age: 88 We love you – Rogaine forever. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Gordon’s life at Dawn and John’s house in Peachester, on Monday September 30th at 11.00 am. Attire is casual and colourful, just like Gordon. The service will be followed by a private burial.
