Much loved Grandfather of Karen, Michael, Martin, Philip, Julie and Mark.The relatives and friends of Jack are respectfully invited to attend a celebration of his life which will be held at Cairns Crematorium Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens on Thursday 6th November 2014 commencing at 12 noon. Please meet at the Chapel.
