Much loved Gran Nan of Grace, Henry, Noah, Oliver, Lucas, Samuel & Isabelle.

A service to Celebrate Daphne’s wonderful life will be held at 11am, Tuesday 28th May 2024 at Hemmant Cemetery Chapel.

Heartfelt thanks to the wonderful Staff at Arcare Aged Care Thornlands.
