of Newstead, Brisbane passed away peacefully on 22nd November 2018, aged 73 years.

Dearly loved Wife of Peter Trevor Instrell and loving Mother of Anthony, Kathryn and Benjamin. Loved Grandmother of Thomas, Georgia, Annabelle, Brooke, Emily, Amelia and Luella. Loved Mother-In-Law of Catherine, Peter, and Nadine and Sister of Graham and Ian. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Celebration of Carolyn’s life to be held at St Patrick’s Cathedral, James Street Toowoomba with a Requiem Mass commencing at 10.30am Thursday 29th November, 2018. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cyril Gilbert Cancer Centre, Greenslopes Hospital, Brisbane would be appreciated, envelopes available at the church.
