Passed away peacefully on Sunday 19th May 2019.

Devoted wife to Leonard Harold Jackson (dec) and loving mother to Yvonne, Richard (dec) and Neville and mother-in-law to John (dec). Beloved grandmother to Joanne and David (dec) and great-grandmother to Evan Cooper.

Funeral will take place at Rookwood Memorial Gardens and Crematorioum, West Chapel, on Monday 3rd June 2019 commencing at 11.00am
