Passed away surrounded by his loving family on the 31st of March 2021, aged 72 years.
Beloved husband of Maria. Loving father, father-in-law and grandad of Evert, Benjamin (dec), Nigel, Elizabeth, Scott, Grant, Casey, Faye, Anna and their families. Loved son, brother and uncle of all his family is Canada.
Relatives and friends of Jake are respectfully invited to attend his funeral services which is to be held at Mountain View Chapel, Guilfoyle’s Tablelands Crematorium, 3 Nasser Rd Atherton on Tuesday, 13th of April 2021, commencing at 10.00am.
