Of Hervey Bay; formerly of New Zealand. Passed away at home on 29th June 2021, aged 50 years. Much loved wife of Tone Maddern; proud and loving Mum and mother-in-law to Kurt, Ayla and Stephen Grace, Che and Tash; devoted G-Ma to Amora and Harrison; cherished daughter of Gerry and Stella.

To Love You Was Our Pleasure.

Family and friends are invited to Celebrate Jacqueline's Life at her Funeral Service to be in the Orana Chapel at J Kirk & Sons, 224 Urraween Road, Urraween, Hervey Bay, on Thursday, 8th July, at 1pm; prior to private interment at Polson Cemetery, Point Vernon, Hervey Bay.
