JAY ANTHONY STEFFENSEN Son of Brian and Norma Steffensen. Passed away on Tuesday 22 October 2019. Aged 52 Years Loved and cherished by his wife Kadek and sons Justin and Shaun. Loved brother to Debbie, Shane, Lindsey, Casey (Dec’d) and Clayton (Dec’d), cherished brother-in-law, cherished uncle of their families.
A great friend to all who knew him.

The relatives and friends of Jay are respectfully invited to attend his Life Celebration Service to be held at The Chapel, Toowoomba Garden of Remembrance. Service commencing at 1pm Thursday 31 October 2019 followed by interment.
