27 Saints Road Salisbury Plain on
Friday April 19th 2024
commencing at 10.00am.
At conclusion of
Funeral Service the cortege will proceed to
Salisbury Memorial Park for the committal.
In lieu floral tributes, a donation to Parkinson's Australia,
made in memory of Pat would be appreciated.

Viewing will be held in Simplicity Funerals Chapel,
2-4 Waterloo Corner Road, Salisbury
on Thursday April 18th 2024
