Late of Toowoomba passed away peacefully on 3rd October 2020, aged 85 years. 

Dearly loved Father and Father-in-law of Lyndall; Keith and Suellyn; Helene and Peter. Loving Grandad of Hannah, Sarah and Lauren; Emily and Jessica. Former Husband of Margaret. 

A service for Noel will be held on Saturday, 10th October 2020 commencing at 9.30am.
