PHILLIPS, Kathleen "Kath" (nee Copley)

Late of Toowoomba and formerly of Scarborough and Dalby, passed away peacefully on 26th April 2019, aged 76 years. 

Beloved Wife of Dan. Loving Sister of Barry. Loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Ann-Maree and Jason, Danny, Mary-Louise and Shane, Martin and Claire. Treasured Ma of Gabriela, Georgia, Lizzie, Jessica, Charlie, Emma and Violet. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Kath's funeral, to be held at the T. S. Burstow Chapel, 1020 Ruthven Street (south), Toowoomba, service commencing at 2:30pm, Wednesday, 1st May 2019. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Toowoomba Hospice, envelopes available at the Chapel.
