Passed away at home after a short illness., Late of Ballina. Dearly loved husband of Jiao. Father and father-in-law of Louise, John and Penny. Adored pop of Jessica, Riley and Cody.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Dizzy’s Funeral Service to be held at Rainbow Chapel, Rainbow Avenue West Ballina on THURSDAY (March 28, 2019) commencing at 2.30pm. After the Service a private cremation will take place.
