KILAH, Valerie Winifred (nee Whip) of Gatton, formerly Roma, passed away 30 July 2021. Dearly loved wife of William (Bill) Kilah (decd), much loved daughter of Reginald and Maie Whip (both decd), loved sister and sister-in-law of Harold (decd) and Narelle Whip, Les (decd) and Alma Whip, Lionel Whip (decd) and Rilla Hoath, Rosa and Alan Makepeace (both decd), Betty and Ted Winkel (both decd), Bob and Lyn Whip, and John and Jeanette (decd) and Margaret Whip. Loved Aunt of Dell Johnson, Anne Tregea, Gayle Christoffel, Jenny Sullivan, Betti Chapelle, Rex Whip, Brian Winkel, Glenda Pascoe (decd), Raymond Winkel, Noela Reimers, Louella Sparkes, Nancie Brown, Bruce Whip, Debbie Gardner, Rowan Whip, Peter Whip, David Makepeace, Stephen Whip, Karen Grunwald, Patrina Watson, Troy Whip, Juanita Whip, Brenda Whip, Teresa Duncan, and special great aunt to their families.
Much beloved sister-in-law of Neville and Coral, Robert and Gloria, Phillip and Tina. Dearest Aunt to Paul, Annette, Steve, Luke, Jon and Heath and to their children Mitch, Mia, Toni, Anne, Sam, William, Sofie, Blake, Annabelle, Zara and Edward.
A funeral service to honour Val's life will be held at 2pm on 10 August 2021 at St Alban's Anglican Church, Gatton followed by an internment service at the Gatton cemetery. Due to COVID restrictions, the family have respectfully asked that you contact them prior to attending the Service as numbers will be limited - Anne 0419660406 or Karen 0402963364. A funeral service will also be held at the same time at St Paul's Anglican Church, Roma and a live stream will link both venues. Family and friends are welcome to attend the Roma service as there are no COVID restrictions for this area.
