Relatives and friends are invited to attend Patrick’s Memorial Service to be held in the Goolwa Church of Christ, Porter Street, Goolwa, SA, on Sunday Week, 4th May 2025, at 2.00pm. Patrick will be privately cremated. If desired, please wear something colourful at the Memorial Service. No flowers by request please, in lieu of floral tributes, a donation to Myeloma Australia in memory of Patrick, would be greatly appreciated.
Patrick's memorial service will also be live streamed.
