for Committal

Vigil (Holy Rosary) and Visitation

will be held the above Chapel

on THURSDAY, June 13

at 7.30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to

the Hospital Research Foundation

(Heart and Lung )

would be appreciated by the family
