to be held in it's Entirety at the Heysen Chapel, Jubilee Complex,

Centennial Park, Goodwood Road, Pasadena on

FRIDAY 14th June, 2024

commencing at 3:30pm.


In lieu of floral tributes, a donation in memory of Trevor,

may be forwarded to Australian Alzheimer's Research Foundation Inc.

Envelopes will be available at the service.
