On Sunday, 25th November, 2018 quietly passed away at the Maryborough Base Hospital with her family by her side.

Loving wife of Allan. Mother to Amanda, Verna, Peta and Garth. Grandmother to Jade, Cooper, Lachlan, Tyla and Joshua. Great Grandmother to Chloe and Oliver.

Family and friends of Pat are invited to attend a celebration of her life to be held at the Fraser Coast Crematorium and Bayside Memorial Gardens, 18 Nikenbah Dundowran Road, Hervey Bay on Thursday, 29th November, 2018 commencing at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations to Wide Bay Hospital Health Services BSB 064013 10031635 REF:Ladlow, Cancer Care.
