Grandmother to Jade, Cooper, Lachlan, Tyla and Joshua. Great Grandmother to Chloe and Oliver. Family and friends of Pat are invited to attend a celebration of her life to be held at the Fraser Coast Crematorium and Bayside Memorial Gardens, Hervey Bay on Thursday, 29th November, 2018 commencing at 2:00 pm.
