David is survived by his beloved wife Lynette.


Funeral Service for David will be held at 2pm Wednesday the 5th of June at Eco Memorial Park, 21 Quinns Hill Road West, Stapylton 4207.

In lieu of flowers please donate to the Redlands Hospital Foundation in David's honour.
