Greek Orthodox Church of St. Spyridon,

50 Oxford Tce, Unley.

At conclusion of Service the Cortege will proceed to

Centennial Park Cemetery, Orthodox C section.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to the

Hospital Research Foundation (Childhood Cancer)

would be appreciated by the family
