Passed away peacefully at Caroona Marima Nursing Home, Goonellabah on Thursday October 18, 2018. Aged 92 years. Loving Partner of Ada Brown (dec). Cherished Brother of  Lorna and May (both dec). Loved and loving "Uncle" to Des and Sue Cook; Stephen and Cath Cook; Anne and Robert Hosking; and their Families.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Jack’s Funeral Service to be held  in the Chapel Of Lismore Memorial Gardens Crematorium, Skyline Road, Goonellabah on TUESDAY (October 23, 2018) commencing at 11.00 am. A special thankyou to the staff of Caroona Marima for their loving care of Jack aka "John Jack".
