Much loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Linda and Kevin, Celvin and Susan, Peter, Amanda and Peter. Very much loved Granny and Great Granny. Loved Sister to Keith Plahn, Shirley (dec), Joyce (dec) and their familes. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a funeral service for Hazel to be held in the East Chapel Rockhampton Crematorium on Wednesday, 13th November 2019 commencing at 12 noon.
