Dorothy Merle MARTIN (nee Homan)

Aged 84 years

Late of Sandstone Point and formerly of Townsville

Passed away peacefully at St Vincent’s Hospital Chermside on Tuesday 18th February 2025.

Eldest child of Frank & Iris Homan (both dec'd), Adored wife of Ian Martin, cherished by her daughter Alison & her partner Simon. Beloved Sister, Aunt, friend and confidant, and much loved teacher to 60 years of students.

At Dorothy’s request a private cremation will be held on Monday 24.02.2025 at the Great Northern Garden of Remembrance and her ashes will return to the family farm, Woodlands to rest
