Adored grandson, uncle, nephew and cousin.Relatives and friends of Dustin are respectfully invited to attend his funeral which is to be held at Mountain View Chapel, Tablelands Crematorium, 3 Nasser Road Atherton, Friday, 14th November 2014 commencing at 11.00am
