The relatives and friends of Mrs Kaylene Mayfield, late of Port Lincoln, are respectfully informed that her Funeral mass will be conducted at the St Mary of the Angels Catholic Church, Port Lincoln,

on Friday the 9th of December 2022 at 11am.

A private cremation will have already taken place.

In lieu of floral tributes, a donation may be made in Kaylene’s Memory to the Breast Cancer Network. Envelopes will be available on the day.
