Loving father and father in law to Karen & Ian, John & Sandra. Proud Poppy of Michael & Liz, Katherine, Alison & Ben, Claire & Adrian and great grand Poppy to Isla, Zoe, Charlie & Holly. Family and friends of Jake are invited to attend his Mass of Thanksgiving at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 18 Giddings Ave, Cronulla, followed by interment at Woronora Memorial Park, Linden St, Sutherland on Wednesday 12th June 2019 at 1pm.
