Treasured Grandma of her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Loved Sister and Sister-in-Law of Maurice and Rita Galligan and loved Aunt of their family. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a Thanksgiving Mass to celebrate Cecily’s life, to be held at St Anthony’s Catholic Church, Memory Street, Toowoomba, commencing at 12.30pm Friday 20 September 2019, then proceeding to the Garden of Remembrance Cemetery, Ruthven Street (South).
