MCKAY, Frederick (Fred) Alexander

Formerly of Townsville and recently of Kenmore, sadly passed away peacefully on 1 January, 2022.

Aged 94 years

Loving husband of Liz, much loved father and father-in-law of Judy and Glen, Debra and Neville and much loved father of Phil and friend to many.

Cherished Grandpa to Jason and great-grandpa to Harry (4 months old).

Previous member of Indooroopilly Golf Club, Rotary Cub of Brisbane and Probus Club of Kenmore Village.

Family and Friends are warmly invited to celebrate Fred's life at Mt Gravatt Cemetery and Crematorium Chapel, 620 Mains Road, McGregor on Monday 17 January, 2022 commencing at 10.30am.

Current public health directions allow people regardless of their vaccination status to attend a funeral, however for safety reasons, masks must be worn. For the catered gathering following the funeral, proof of double vaccination is also required.
