Much loved mother of Kathryn, David, Michael (dec'd) and Therese. A cherished grandmother and great-grandmother to their families.

A service to celebrate Pat's life, will be held at Our Lady of Grace's Catholic Church, 100 Mayfield Road, Carina, on Tuesday, 14th June, 2022, commencing at 11 a.m.
