A Funeral Service for Theo is to be held in the Wesleyan Methodist Church, Exhibition Road,Gympie

on Tuesday, 18th october 2022 commencing at 10.30am followed by a Committal Service at the Gympie Cemetery.

Theo's family would like to thank Dr. McCray and all the medical staff involved in his care.
