She was surrounded by her immediate family. Survived by her husband Roy, 2 sons Andrew and James and 3 granddaughters Holly, Ruby and Lexi. Carolyn was much loved and will be greatly missed.

Please join us, service and wake to be held at Pacific Harbour Golf and Country Club, 141-159 Avon Ave, Banksia Beach QLD @ 10am Friday 22nd March.
