280 Grange Road, Flinders Park

on WEDNESDAY,

May 31 at 10.30 a.m.

followed by Funeral Liturgy.

At conclusion of Service the Cortege

will proceed to Enfield Memorial Park

for Committal.

Visitation will be held in the

above Chapel prior to

Holy Rosary at 9.30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers a memorial

donation to the Hospital

Research Foundation (Dementia)

would be appreciated by the family
