Loving grandmother of Billy, Kellie, Kenny, Shane, Asha, Morgan, Sandii, Sam and Eden. Great grandmother of five.Hazel's family and friends are invited to the celebration of her life to be held in St Peters Anglican Church Southport on Friday, 3rd January, 2014 at 11am followed by a graveside service at Southport Lawn Cemetery.
