It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Netta Morris.
Netta was diagnosed with cancer four years ago and battled her illness courageously to the very end.
She passed peacefully in the company of her husband Saturday afternoon, and the family were fortunate to have said our goodbyes.
To the family, she was known as a kind, generous, and doting mother, wife, sister, aunt, daughter, and nanna.
To others, she was known as a caring friend or even a motherly figure. She always showed compassion and loved those near and dear to her.
Join us to celebrate Netta’s life this Thursday 9am 5 Dec 2024 at Mt Thompson Crematorium 329 Nursery Road Holland Park followed by a wake at the Salisbury Hotel. The family would love you to join us to share a fond memory over a coffee or wine and a bite to eat.
We invite guests who are thinking about buying flowers to consider making a donation to the Cancer Council instead, as a way to honour Netta’s memory. We believe this is what she would have preferred.
