Formerly of Rosehill, Castle Hill, Terrigal then Londonderry. Loving husband of Kathleen Sivewright (Deceased), Proud father of Shaun, Glen (Deceased) and Trevor (Deceased).

Terry was a foundation member of Sydney University's RAAF 460 squadron.


Terry's mantra was "Old pharmacists never die, they just get dispensed with"


A celebration for the life of Terry will be held at Pinegrove Memorial Park on Friday 8th December 2023 in the North Chapel at 2pm.
