CHALMERS, Nancy Grace

Late of Warwick, formerly of Oakey, passed away on 13th March 2021, aged 83 years. Dearly loved Wife of Malcolm (dec'd). Much loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Grace and Dale, Doug and Donna, Bev (dec'd) and Allan. Adored Nanna to Sarah, Sophie, Charlotte, Olivia and Molly. 

A funeral service for Nancy will be held at Warwick Funerals Chapel, 48 Willi Street, Warwick, on Wednesday, 24th March at 11:00am.
