Of Blacks Beach. Passed away peacefully on Friday the 20th of September 2019 at home surrounded by his loving Family, aged 13 years.

Much loved Son and Stepson of Keith and Lyn, and Tamara and Owen.

Loved Brother of Zac and Rachel. Beloved Grandson, Nephew and Cousin to all his respective Family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Ethan’s Celebration of Life Service which will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday the 26th of September 2019 at the Newhaven Chapel, 218 Harbour Road, Mackay.

No flowers by Family request. Donations in lieu to the Prader Willi Syndrome Australia and Ronald McDonald House Southbank. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel entrance.
