Annette passed away surrounded by family on 1st June 2022 aged 75 in St Vincent's Private Hospital, Chermside.
Beloved Wife of Raymond (Ray), dearly loved Mother of Terri-Ann and cherished Grandmother of Edward and Annabelle.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a service to celebrate Annette's life at the Wavell Heights Uniting Church, 147 Rode Road, Wavell Heights, Tuesday 14th June at 1:30pm.
