Beloved Husband of Jean (dec'd). Dearly loved Father of Sandra Velez, Matthew (dec'd), and Marina. Loving Grandfather of Rebekah and Jordan and Great-Grandfather of Nate and Matthew. Loving Brother of Robbie Rice.
