Affectionately known as “Jack”

Passed away peacefully in Blacktown Hospital on 9th March, 2023, aged 81 years. Formerly of Kellyville, Baulkham Hills, Liverpool and Ultimo.

Beloved husband of the late Margaret O’Brien.
Much loved father to Darin and Jodi and father-in-law to Colleen. Pa to Jackson, Ethan, Bronte, Thomas, Madeline and Henry.

A Funeral Service celebrating Jack’s life will be held at The Camellia Chapel, Macquarie Park Cemetery & Crematorium, Corner Plassey & Delhi Roads, North Ryde, on Wednesday, 22nd March, 2023, commencing at 10.30am and to be followed by a Committal Service onsite.

Family & friends are invited to attend Refreshments at the Wallumatta Function Centre (also onsite).
