Much loved husband of Grace (dec'), loved brother and brother-in-law of Eileen and Leonard Lambert, Geoff and Eunice (dec'd) O'Rourke, and Dennis O'Rourke (dec'd), loved uncle of the extended O'Rourke and Hogan Families.

Family and friends are invited to attend Jack's Requiem Mass to be held at 2.00 p.m. Monday 13th November 2023 in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Elizabeth Street, Ipswich, followed by burial in the Ipswich General Cemetery.
