Devoted family man
and retired Police Commissioner.
Passed away,
17th July, 2024.
Aged 85 years.

Jim, beloved and devoted husband of Adele Avis "Dell" (d). Passed away with his loving daughters Avis and Melinda by his side. Loving father and father- in-law of Avis & Brett, and Melinda & Placide. Adored grandfather to Daniel & Claire, Liam & Sharon, Edward, Jim & Jess, Andrew & Chloe, Betany & Reece, Matthew & Emma. Treasured great-grand- father to Oscar, Hamish, Mila, Matilda, Adele, Tommy and Evelyn. Devoted brother to Kathleen, and uncle to John. A great friend to all who knew and loved him.

Family, friends, past colleagues and the Police Community are respectfully invited to attend Funeral Mass to be held in Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church, 29 Cintra Road, Bowen Hills, Thursday 25th July 2024 at 10 a.m. Rosary recited 9.15 a.m.

Private committal will occur at
Drayton Cemetery, Toowoomba,
the following day.
