Late of North Ward. Jeff passed away peacefully on Sunday 5th February, 2023. Beloved Husband of Anne (deceased). Adored Father, Father-in-Law and Pop of Justin, Quinn and Maya; Adrian, Rebecca, Ava and Lola; James, Sammy, Oliver and Matilda. Much loved Brother of Denise Quinlan. Brother-in-Law of Jenni, Peter and John and dear friend to so many.
