Passed away on 25/08/2020. Dearly devoted & beloved soul mate & wife of late husband Neil. Very much loved & adored Mum of Michael, Kerry and Vanessa. Cherished & adored Nanny of Zachary, Alicia, Leo, Sophia and Charli. Dearly loved mother-in-law of Gennaro and Kane. Aged 77 years "To know her was to love her" The family & friends of Patricia are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of her Life to be held in the North Chapel of Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Camden Valley Way, Leppington, on Wednesday 02/09/2020 commencing at 3.00pm. Following the Service the burial will take place in the adjoining cemetery.
