Sister of: John, Mary, Edward, James, Theresa, Patrick, Eugene
Late of Parklands Residential Aged Care Community Townsville, passed away peacefully with her family by her side June 18, 2023, aged 86 years.
Gloria is survived by her children Stephen, Denise, Lloyd and Lynette
Gloria’s nursing career began at age 15 at Lady Cilento’s general practice specialising in mothers and children’s health and concluded at Townsville University Hospital 2006 aged 70.
She studied nursing in Brisbane, Mareeba and Townsville qualifying as a Nursing Sister in 1960 at Townsville General Hospital.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral service at the Townsville Cremations and Funerals Chapel, 3 Railway Avenue, Railway Estate, commencing at 10.30am on the 5th of July 2023.
