PEREZ HERNANDEZ, Carmen Adamina Late of Manoora. Passed away peacefully on Monday 31st December 2018 at Gordonvale Palliative Care. Aged 38 years. Dearly Loved Wife of Jose. Loving Mother of Sol. Loved Daughter, Sister, Aunty, Cousin and Friend. All Carmen s Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral Service which will be held at Cairns Funeral Directors Chapel, 36 Pease Street, Manunda on Thursday 10th January, 2018 commencing at 12.00 p.m. Following the Service, the cortege will proceed to Martyn Street Cemetery.
