280 Grange Road, Flinders Park

on MONDAY, May 15 at 10.00 a.m.

followed by Funeral Liturgy.

At conclusion of Liturgy the Cortege will proceed

to Enfield Memorial Park for Committal.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation

to the Hospital Research Foundation (Leukaemia)

would appreciated by the family.
