RELATIVES and FRIENDS of the late Mrs Iris Patricia PERRY are respectfully advised that her funeral service will be conducted entirely in the Tony Monte Funeral Chapel, 1 Webb Street, Port Adelaide, on Tuesday 11th December 2018, commencing at 2.30 p.m. In lieu of floral tributes donations to Alzheimer's Australia would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the service.
