Following a Private Cremation, a Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Mrs Gwen Phillips will be held in the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Cnr Union Rd & Montrose St, Surrey Hills (Melbourne) on Monday (April 29, 2024) at 1.30pm.


In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Gwen to the Macular Disease Foundation would be appreciated.
