Family and Friends are invited to attend a service to commemorate Meg's Life at Albany Creek Memorial Park, Lakeview Chapel. 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs on Wednesday 5th of October 2022 commencing at 12:30pm. The family and friends extend their heartfelt thanks to the carers and staff of St Vincent's Hospital and Hospice services.
